Product Description

NEW Flying Eyes® Sunglasses: Your ears will thank you.
Revolutionary, patented, convertible sunglasses for all your adventures with a headset or helmet!

Here’s what makes Flying Eyes different:

  • Flying Eyes are convertible between three temple options:
    • Non-elastic strap and cinch are unnoticeable under headsets
    • Micro-thin temples for use under a helmet or headset
    • Standard temples for everyday use
  • Wraparound style gives a wider viewing angle than most frames
  • Lightweight, unbreakable Resilamide frames
  • Soft nose-pad keeps glasses properly positioned and balanced for optimal fit and comfort
  • Optically-correct, shatterproof polycarbonate lenses with 100% UV400 protection
  • Our non-prescription bifocals are available in two heights to suit your needs:
    • HIGH bifocals feature a magnified / reader portion of the lens measuring 16mm from the bottom of the frame and are well-suited for seeing the entire instrument panel in an airplane without having to move your head much.
    • LOW bifocals have a magnified / reader portion of the lens measuring a standard 11mm from the bottom of the frame.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Flying Eyes are unlike any other sunglasses you’ve ever flown with. We are so sure you’ll love them, we will take them back and refund the purchase if you don’t.

Lens options available

Bifocal Lenses (Standard Gray Tint ) (high-profile)

Available in +1.50 to +3.50 magnifications.

Neutral gray tinting is best for viewing charts, maps and LCD screens as it gives an honest representation of the entire color spectrum. The high profile allows you to read dashboards more easily without having to tilt your head down.

Bifocal Lenses (Standard Gray Tint ) (low-profile)

Available in +1.50 to +2.50 magnifications.

Neutral gray tinting is best for viewing charts, maps and LCD screens as it gives an honest representation of the entire color spectrum. The low profile allows a wider view of objects at a distance.

Bifocal Lenses (Gradient Gray Tint ) (high-profile)

Available in +1.50 to +2.00 magnifications.

Our new Gradient Tint lenses are excellent at blocking harsh sunlight through the windshield, while allowing for easier viewing of the instrument panel inside. The gradient tinting is quite subtle and most people will not be aware that your lenses have a gradation. The high profile also allows you to read instrument panels more easily without having to tilt your head down.

Bifocal Lenses (Gradient Gray Tint ) (low-profile)

Available in +1.50 to +2.00 magnifications.

Our new Gradient Tint lenses are excellent at blocking harsh sunlight through the windshield while at the same time allowing for easier viewing of the instrument panel inside. The gradient tinting is quite subtle and most people will not be aware that your lenses have a gradation. The low profile allows a wider view of objects at a distance.

Bifocal Lenses (Clear / No-Tint) (high-profile)

Available in 15mm segment height from +1.50 to +2.00.

Clear lenses are also available for those that need to use our frames indoors or at night when you still have to wear headgear. Clear lenses still include 100% UV400 protection.
